He has been engaged in clinical work of Chinese medicine for more than 17 years and has rich practical experience. After obtaining a Bachelor of Chinese Medicine (full-time) from the University of Hong Kong, he obtained a Master of Science from the University of Edinburgh. He is a registered Chinese medicine practitioner in Hong Kong and a registered acupuncturist in Australia. He studied diagnosis, prescription, acupuncture, massage and other treatment methods and time medicine under Professor Mo Feizhi.

Currently he is a lecturer at the Hong Kong Academy of Chinese Medicine, and a founding member and committee chairman of the Hong Kong Society of Chinese Medicine for Heart Disease (2024-2026). He can speak fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
